I haven't eaten fast food in about 3 years, not even once. But I used to eat it every day. Double quarter pounder with cheese and a large fries.. Oh man.

Since I started cooking, I realised how easy it is to make food that appeals to most people. Load it with either fat, sugar or salt. If you can load it with sugar and fat, I guarantee people will eat it like crazy (think cookies, shortbread, brownies, icing).

The real challenge is making food that tastes good without relying on the holy trinity.

And if you think subway does it, think again. Check the salt content in their subs..
