i used to go to the gym multiple times a week when i was in high school

after i graduated and started working i kinda ran outta time

I work out but I don't lift or anything. My routine is just running 5k when I can, because I don't feel like it all the time. Arm exercises with medicine ball. And just playing ball. Eating healthy really pays a big role as well. Mostly cardio, and push ups sit up and thing like that.
