I totally understand what you're saying but look at it from his perspective, this and women are his basically only subject matter, he can't rap about guns and hood like others. It does get tiring but then inlisten to other artists and can't relate to shir, I haven't shot someone lol. I guess I prefer to listen to someone whose music I can identify with.
