so a guy who murders people and gets caught gets the death penalty but you're saying a small child on his birthday who breaks a simple pool rule deserves to bleed out into the pool, have to be recessitated, causing his family and friends all around stress and anxiety, being rushed to the hospital with huge medical bills setting the family back financially, possibly giving the child brain damage along with social complications in his future. that seems fair and just to you?
