              A fitness trainer at my gym mixes it up, lets say hes workin abs n doin cardio too, he does some ab workouts then jumps on the threadmill then back to abs etc...

              I dunno which way is best.

                What I was thinking actually, I was gonna do maybe 3 ab exercises then hop on the elipitcal for about 40 minutes or so, then do maybe about 3-5 more ab exercises

                    ^props.

                    Been hitting treadmill on the reggie. Doing 3mph for 5 mins, then 6.7mph for 10-11 mins, then 3 mph for 5 then 6.7 for another 5. If im not burned out by then i might cool down for 5 mins on 3mph at the end.

                      Is anyone on here "BULKING"?

                      If you are stop. It's the 1 of the three biggest body building mistakes. All you are doing is multiplying your fat cells which are "PERMANENT", which means as you get older it will become easier to put on fat.
                      Your best bet is too take the long road and build lean muscle (don't take weight gainers) take a simple recovery protein and consume high calories and carbohydrates throughout the day.
                      Train with a high intensity, and do no more than 10 reps per excersize (besides warm up set) and remember it's technique over weight!

                          How many cycles have you done big fella?
                          And if you are at a big size, I can recommend something which wont be as harsh on your organs, but that's up to you.
