If you want abs, you run, simple as that.
Planks, sit ups, crunches don't give you abs, they just define them and build on your core strength. You should only be doing them once you actually have abs, and maybe a few sets after a run if you like.
Also try to eat small proportions of good food every 2-3 hours daily.
