i downloaded it today.. i tried its first workout.. this nigga will kick your ass so hard man..
ive done both p90 and insanity and to be VERY honest, the best work out is one u do at the gym and on your own. thats when things will have their best results. these are just scams to get lazy people to do push ups and sit ups at their own home. you wont be able to beat the gyms results. u can only go so far with programs like them. but if u are a beginner then this could be a good starting place.

supplements not really, just your regular protein powder if you want to have (i dont consider it a supplement), but honestly just eat alot if you want to put on muscle and weight, just having a shake will do absolutely nothing for you, your going to have to increase your food intake in general to become bigger, this being said dont eat shitty food, eat alot of foods with protein like meat, eggs, and have milk too for some....as far as workouts go i use this personally

ive been trying to gain muscle mass since i started workingout two years ago.. i was a fat boy.. i weighed 93 kgs and now i weigh 77 kgs.. but i still got those fucking love handles and get those abs and a bigger chest.. ive done almost every possible thing.. i did cardio before and after weight lifting.. i did HIIT workout.. i gained good results.. but still

i also changed my eating habits
fat burner supplements than?? and for love handles do ab exercises that involve obliques like russian twists if you havent already, and work your lower back this helps with it as well

And i hit the gym 5-6 times a week, im only 16 and im already like 25 pounds overweight all cuz of muscle
Just don't worry about it and smoke weed and you get big, works for me. Hell I smoke cigarettes as well and can still play any sport for hours on end at full speed. Makes you hungry for a reason. Smoke is the only thing lighter then air we can consume that tastes good.
