    What should I eat before a workout and what after? And what food is good for muscels? I don't eat almost anything for breakfast, should I eat a lot?

      before you go to the gym, and this is like 2.5-3 hours before (if you want), eat something that is high in carbs...this supplies energy for the workout, after the workout eat food with lots of protein in it (can of tuna, meat of any kind, chocolat milk), usualy 30 mins- 1 hour after, again to put on muscle eat protein (to put it on, you need to eat your body weight + 20% of your weight in grams of protein) you should definitely eat breakfast, it can help with the protein intake (eggs and pemeal bacon are examples), and iti helps raise your metabolism for the day......and yes to put on muscle you must eat alot, again only in health foods high in carbs and protein (mostly protein)

        Whats the best recovery for over eating, especially not the best types of food? I was thinking tomorrow jogging for about 25-30 minutes then go do some weight training for about 2 hours then maybe some eliptical for 15 minutes. Right now I feel like shit my stomach is all bloated and just feel horrible.

          that should do it lol, maybe jog a bit more if you can, gota burn those calories, or try HIIT, i posted about it before on here

            Did 750 pushups, 500 situps, 250 squats, skipped rope and ran 10 miles this week. I'm in marvelous condition and almost peek condition.

                did the first one aha its pretty crazy, i may get into it when i have a bit more spare time on my hands, right now school is controlling my life

                    so I be doing push ups, sit ups, and now I got the iron gym so now I be doing pulls ups too. Also I usually run on the weekends, so I pretty much workout like 4-5 times a week! I think it's showing and I've been drinking protein to help me gain. I plan to join a gym in like the next month or so, to start lifting weights.

                      Work out everyday before school since 7th grade. mostly on my arms 5'6 155 lbs

                      I recommend any product with ephedra before working out. makes you feel good and gives you insane amounts of energy. the crash is like adderall, but tolerable if you have some weed.
