to lose weight and gain muscle is ez. Eat healthy 6 days a week. have a cheat day (not meal..day) hot/cold therapy is great and effective for lots of reasons. make sure you have protien in the morning and dont be a fat lazy peice of shit and work out.
its not hard. do research keep it clean and healthy with whatever you do.
Just got two large tubs of Whey protein. Tastes okay, hopefully i'll be able to build some muscle with eating like a dog, sleeping alot and drinking a ton of water too. Fast metabolism is great don't get me wrong but kinda sucks for gaining weight.
Just sat through and read everything in this. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do mainly muscle workouts, but I'm going to start doing a full cardio workout on Mondays to try to loose some fat. I'll also give that HIIT video on page 12 a try over the summer, once I'm finished with school. I'll do that in the morning and continue with my muscle workouts at the gym in the evenings. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
