      Thanks mate. Ever since I started eating more I've been spending way too long on the toilet, I was worried my body just won't acclimatise to the extra food. Might try a weight gainer

          Brah Legs are essential! Always include some squat type shit in your routine

          It will help ur overall grow because of hormone-releases
          Something about "The bigger the muscle, the bigger the testorone release"

          Thats why many bodybuilders suggest starting with Compound Exercises because it stresses more muscles at the same time = more hormones ... And trust me, you want those hormones lol

          HOnestly, I saw faster result when I began working my legs more..
          I used to skip leg days.. My excuse was "I play football I dont need to train legs"... Biggest lie ever

          Some weeks ago I started doing ~100 squat daily with no weight..
          and by the 4th day some girl I knew, asked me what happened to my face,
          said it looked slimmer and more masculine lmaoooo

          No lie.. Ever since I got that comment I always try to workout my legs before going clubbing

            ive ve been dead lifting and lunging, lunges are just body weight though. I haven't got a gym membership I've just got a bench and free weights at home. Maybe on one of my days off I'll start squatting body weight then go from there?

                        Unfortunately bro, I'd recommend ATLEAST 3500 for you. I'm 5'10 180 and I'm eating about 3200-3500 on my bulk. Aiming for 200 pounds so I might go up to 4000 calories. But yeah bro you're gunna have to eat way more. You're also gunna need to lift heavy if you want to get bigger. Remember: If you want to be a monster, you got to lift and eat like one.

                          I'm 5'10 too, 2500 would be prob under my maintenance. Dat dere fast metabolism.
