      • I'm currently doing the Insanity workout program and I got like 5 days until I'm finished!

        It's been awesome, but not easy at all haha. Can't wait for Insanity: Max30 to come out in December, defiantly gonna give that a go next!

        • Thanks all. Think I'm gonna have to bump up to 4000. You don't know how depressing shit is when you're stuffing your face and smashing weights and you step on the scale and thing goes down. Fast metabolism like a motherfucker

                It's really nice because it's only 30 days but some of the best results I've seen that quick. If your big into the whole BeachBody thing, and you have access to weights you should check out BodyBeast. Great lifting program, I didn't have access to the weights at my house though so I watched all the videos and logged every exercise and would do them at my local gym.

                        Nice man, I started at 160 been steady bulking for about 5 months and weighed in at 182 this morning. & thanks for the link bro, looks like a solid meal plan. Nice to see other gym rats on rap forums lol.

                          4k cals a day is a shit ton. I mean I could do it but with work and that it's too much effort for me to warrant. I'm fine with just getting shredded and making a small mass gain
