      I was ill for a month and I still cant workout but im startin in 2 weeks and since I lost some weight Im thinkin of buying a really good weight gainer... hmm gonna look at some reviews bout it.

        Surely this stuff isn't too good for your body..

        Do you guys clean or dirty bulk? I've been resorting to heavy cream at night sometimes just to get my cals up, normally I eat squeaky clean no cheats whatever

          I didnt think it was even a question wheter or not protien powder was good for you, ive never heard anyone quesiton it, it aint steroids

            Yeah true. I dunno I've never looked in to supplements too deeply. I guess I will need to cause eating normal food all I seem to do is shit it out, I spend half my life on the toilet when bulking

              nvm I ask again... Do you have that weight gainer ? How long did it last?

              Cuz its only 10lbs and when you take 2 scoops 3 times a day, it will last only a week.

                Bruh I feel you .. The powder I'm in does cause me to use the bathroom a lot. But it's because your in taking so much protien at a time
