        I'm doing

        Back/biceps
        Chest/shoulders/triceps

        Rest

        Repeat

But I'm working out at home so my legs aren't getting much.. Any suggestions for a leg routine that involved a bench, bars and dums?

            • I do a lot of running. Mostly running, push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. Sometimes I do random shit but mostly it's just stuff so that I can pass my PT tests.

              • Anyone in here ever suffered from overtraining/cns fatigue?

I've had an exercise addiction for nearly four years now. Wondered if anyone else out there suffers?

never, pace yourself son....if you've had a serious case of overtraining it can take a toll on someone, you know it will only set you back
