    protein if i have it, but usually i never take it. right now I'm just tryna cut a few pounds then i wanna gain muscle

      But ultimately creatine doesn't make you look big, it isn't roids. You will notice a difference but it's not THAT much, long as you're training still you will still keep your muscle if you stop takin it obv

          idk man, can't tell from looking at someone. I mean you'd think a lot of people who are going to the gym often with a good routine and are serious about working out would be using protein powder for recovery aid and creatine

                I started gym a month ago. Now I'm on creatine until my tub finish. You think I should continue? My goal is to loose fat. That's my problem

                  Sure, it's only going to be good. Just make sure you drink lots of water, more than you used to and vary your work outs with cardio and weights.

                  Lots of water when on creatine and good sleep and eat balanced

                      start slow and build it up. aim to be able to run about 4 miles without stopping. then, run 4-5 miles as fast as you can 2 times a week, maybe 3 if you're adventurous.

                      Add some circuit work in your workouts as well, and drop the weight on your sets and do more reps with like 30 second rests.

                        If you want to build up muscle-mass creatine is good. It is an egg white (protein) supplement, and egg white is one of the best stuff for building muscle. Look for the creatine that is rich in Amino Acids, as they help to regenerate muscle fibers when working out so they can grow faster.
                        If you drink a shake before or during your work-out sesh it will def help to quicken to process.

                          I find it so funny how the white part of an egg is good for you but the orange part isn't
