I go to an alternative school in Hanover Park which is not to far from Chicago.
It's about 70% Latin( adding all the mexican puerto ricans and the rest ) 18% Black, 15% white, and the rest indian and asian
and I don't use the word unless it's to one of my good friends, in person.
A lot of people say it on the internet and won't say it in person.
I however voted yes, because it's not really if you're white or black because if you have a kid who was raised in a terrible part of the country.. dirt poor and all he has is black friends and he is raised like that, he can use it.
But if you have some preppy surburban white kid running his mouth, it's a problem.
And that is what it has came to today..

I say it to good friends " whats up nigga " or some shit. My best friend is black and I don't even really say it to much around him unless I'm spitting a song..
I don't stress to much about it but I'm not dumb about it.

I use it. I'm full blooded puerto rican and i say that to everyone, even to people i don't know. i use "nigga" mostly as a common word and to people who are close with me i call them "fam."

And I think its cool as long you're not saying it to be racist or anything...naa what I mean?
My home boi is puerto rican and I call him nigga all the time, and he use to call me nigga too....i don't rlly care.
Never heard a white boy say it tho, but if he did I wouldn't care ,,,,

Yeah exactly. I mean i didnt exactly grow up with it. I mean, im from the suburbs. But ive had black friends since like ever. So in that way, ive kinda grown up with the word nigga. And where i live, its kinda just like a word used instead of bro, mayn, or cuz we say nigga.

i find it rude for anyone saying the N Word as its too rude as not people like to hear the word, and i belive no one should use the word...
