I watched The Woman yesterday. This shit really made me throw up, fuck...It's WAY worse than A Serbian Film imo but it's really great, I'd easily rate it 9/10

idk what exploitative means but it's not really gorey. It just touches you because it's cruel as fuck what happens and how realistic the acting is.

Yeah, but imo, I can't see the great "artistic filmmaking" in a guy having sex with a newborn baby and a guy raping his daughter etc. That's just wrong, and no need for it to be put up on the big screen.
