Here's what one had to say:
On the Sunday Night just gone, one of the contacts I have at Rockstar sent me a link to a flickr account of one of the Rockstar North Team. It turns out, after GTA IV was finished, Rockstar sent the entire North team on a paid Holiday to New York, before them moving on to LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO and LAS VEGAS, where they took hundreds of photos in 2008.
In 2010, the Art Team and Direction Team then took another vacation to LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO and LAS VEGAS again for a few weeks to take more localised and a closer look at the cities mentioned. Along with gathering any updates to the city scapes, etc.
Two days after sending me the link, Grand Theft Auto V is announced, make what you will of that.Comment

Some people think it's coming out in March and is gonna be held in Liberty City. But we'll know for sure when the trailer is out
