PC graphics are always superior compared to consoles. Well, that is if Rockstar can optimize the game right this time. GTA IV was so badly optimized... My current computer can barely run it on 30 FPS.
Still, considering how demanding Max Payne 3 was, I can only imagine just how demanding this thing is gonna be...

Maybe graphics are alittle better in PC (not sure, coz I never played a game in PC that can be played in PS3), but I mean..I think it would be much cheaper and easier to play with a console since it is already specifically made for games...so you won't have to worry about things like: if the game going to be slow in my PC or if your graphics card is good enough for a game or if the game will start to lag as your PC gets heated up.....ect.
