Alien pacts and human experiments. Yes these are very real. You can maybe neglect this principle but you simply can not deny the abduction fact. Go ahead and Google and try to find the exact number of reported abduction cases. These people, some of them have gone public and ended up seeing psychologists. These doctors performed hypnotherapy on these people and ended up uncovering memories of these subjects sitting on beds and being operated on. Some were made to have sex, some have had fluid samples taken. These same people have even went so far as to get x rayed and the surgeons ended up finding implants. Upon further study these implants were found to be made of materials not found on this Earth.

To answer the question about wanting to remain hidden. Aliens, at least the species which come here are not as powerful as the movies you watch or whatever would have you think. There is a reason why they remain hidden and that is because they respect, for lack of a better word the people here and the governments ruling over us. Who said the aliens wanted to destroy earth....? Pyramids were not made by humans there is no way possible. There was no tools for that to happen and on top of that they drew pictures of UFO in the pyramids inside the walls. They would not make that for no reason, add on the fact there was no planes back then. There is aliens and why would you tell everyone? And create mass panic with people fearing the worst? Potentially being so scared and hurting themselves and others? Aliens could be good beings or deadly. We don't know what the government is hiding or maybe communicating with them.
