I hope you have AVG Free and Malwarebytes or something similar, scan them and delete the viruses you have on your computer to see if that helps.

If you're stilling having issues, your best option is to system restore to a earlier date or month where you remember that your computer was working fine and well. You won't lose any documents (pictures etc) however your register, system core, and programmes will get deleted that weren't on there on the date you'll roll back to.

i dnt want it to delete all my pictures and tracks though...

First i would scan with CCleaner (Known as Crap Cleaner) which you can download here

If it doesn't help you gotta backup all your documents and music on a harddisk and re install Windows again. (Which will ALWAYS help)

You wont need a key to install the torrent Skullcandy linked... CCleaner is also free bro.
