Real estate can be a good long-term investment, providing a reliable stream of income through rental properties or potential for capital appreciation through property value appreciation. However, it's important to note that investing always carries risk, and it's important to do your research and consult with a professional before making any investment decisions.

Would waste them on travels and boost. Jokes aside, i would probably contact some professional financial organizations and ask their help with the investments. I don't know much about it and i think it is better to trust people, which do know everything about it. Here are for example Devere Group reviews, guys who provide Financial Services for decades now and can give a useful advices about different investment strategies.

I would spend 1 million on BTC hoping to make more in the future. Another one spend on charity. And the last one would waste on parties and travel.
