    Morning:
    30 Push Ups, 30 Sit-Ups, 20, Pull-Ups
    Curls - 35lbs - 4 Sets - 10 Reps



    After School:
    Go To The Gym
    Bench Press - 130lbs - 4 Sets - 10 Reps
    Curls - 35lbs - 4 Sets - 10 Reps
    Other Chest Exercises & Arm Exercises


    Weekend:
    Soccer Games - 90 Minutes

      I hit the gym in the A.M on monday wednesday and Friday, and play pick up games of basketball at night on Monday wednesday friday and saturday

        5-7am GYM one hour of lifting and an hour of B-ball
        then after school football Practice
        about 6:00pm run a mile, then play some b-ball

          You have to train split.

          Monday ;
          Chest/triceps
          Wednesday ;
          Back/Biceps
          Friday ;
          Shoulders/Legs

          Sunday ;
          Abs

                    I just started on Wednesday, with a bench and all. I can't really tell you my routine, because right now i'm just winging up.

                        You called me a smart ass which in itself is being a dumb ass because you're acting like a parent, so in turn you're a dumb ass and I can't play both roles, you got to make up your little mind and choose between dumb ass or smart ass for me since you've said both, dumb ass.
