Some of you stans are so delusional it's funny. Yall act like this motherfucker and his team can do no wrong. The promotion is sloppy as hell, which is why it's been pushed back numerous times. They have not had their shit together at any point of this whole process. He'll still sell cause he's Wayne, and sales in general don't matter. My whole point is going over most of yalls heads, this promotion for a HIGHLY anticipated album coming from a guy the caliber of Wayne and his team is terrible. He put out the worst mixtape of his career, put out a terrible choice of singles minus 6 Foot 7, has no video for his lead single How To Love, no confirmed tracklist to the public(a tweet isn't confirmation), has multiple beats that he's being accused of stealing, continually getting sued over stolen/ un paid beats, etc. I could go on, this shit is just terrible. He better deliver one good album after all of this. I'm sure it will be deemed a classic on here after the first listen tho -__-

I'm not mad, I even said sales don't matter in my post lol. I'm just saying, this is sloppy man. As a Wayne fan you want things to go above and beyond, you want him to set records and shit. It's hard to be excited for whats about to come out when it seems like him and his team aren't even excited about it. The main thing that worries me about all this is another possible push back, all though I don't think that WILL happen, this seems like a push back situation. At this point it's either another push back, or releasing the album with sup-par promotion. The VMA performance is really the only thing saving all of this, that alone COULD be huge.

Still no video for How To Love, still no official tracklist, really no new information at all. I'm sure it won't get pushed back but what the hell is going on in the YMCMB camp. At this rate I'd be surprised if it does 400k in the first week, cause there is really nothing getting people ready for it. The most C4 has behind it is How To Love getting spins, but that's not much.

Oh look, this post again. I'll repeat, only us hip hop heads on the internet know the tracklist. It has not been officially put out to the consumers from YMCMB.

It's true though, I don't think there has been enough promotion. Some people around here where I live don't even know when Tha Carter 4 will be released. They don't have a date or don't know of "Sorry 4 The Wait" mixtape. And they all dig hip-hop.

I agree that the promotion has been sloppy..I think the YMCMB camp believes that b/c it's Lil Wayne that it will sell..we'll see... now as for sorry 4 the wait, it got just as many downloads if not more than NC,D2,D3...just look at how many people downloaded or listened to that tape on datpiff.com...then do the same at other mixtape download sites.. that tape gets more bump in North Carolina than WTT..it's everywhere..and it's not even his best work. C4 will sell 750k first week or more..but I would like to see a talkshow/late night show appearance Monday the 29th and a 106 and Park appearance 1st week.

Yea pretty much agree with that right there mate, YMCM have not had their shit together at all. Also he has "She Will" out now right at number one with no music video either. It's so bad. Like you say I really hope that the album pulls through and is really great! Got so much expectations for this it prob won't be no where near as good
