Honestly IANAHB2 has the potential to be better than C4, and I will probably have that opinion after few weeks of listening to this album.

But, C4 had more meaningful songs compared to IANAHB2

You can't really compare those 2 together because they are completely different. IANAHB2 is lyrically insane, says Pussy 100 times, and is insane!! Tha Carter 4 has meaningful songs, with deep lyrics and nice beats. Not up beat, fuck yo bitch, gimme head, beat the pussy lyrics on every song... They're both great in my opinion. I don't even wanna try to compare them.
