cuz wayne getting a year would put him in until 2011, and ky said no album while he was in jail.

yet he said C4 in 2010, so the only way that could happen is if it comes out before he gets locked up, but by KY saying that hes heard all of the C4 songs it could be done, so technically speaking, C4 COULD come out around the same time as the new Rebirth, but i highly doubt it.
