You have it all wrong. This thread is who is/are the best rapper(s). Not who is your favorite. Thats why this thread failed, because people are getting it mixed up. Just cause J.Cole/Wale/Lupe, me, Frank, or anyone say Wayne isn't one of the best rappers, doesn't mean we don't like his music or hes not one of our favorites. There is a big difference that most of you aren't realizing. And look, for example... In my post towards the beginning of the thread, I say Jay-Z is one of the best. But in reality, I don't barely even listen to Jay-Z. I only enjoy a few of his songs and verses. But I do realize the impact hes had on the game and that he is one of the best. Also for those who know me and my likes of music know I'm a huge fan of Wiz Khalifa. But never have I once said hes one of the best. Hes just one of my favorite rappers. Or heres another example.. Cody just a few minutes ago said that he can name about 35ish rappers that are better than Wayne. But then I've also seen him say Wayne is one of his favorite rappers. Hes understands the difference.

Exactly. I said Waynes top 80, but just cause I said that doesn't mean I barely like him. He's my 1st or 2nd favorite rapper, but I just don't think he's as skilled as a lot of other rappers. He makes good music and that's why he's one of my favorites. Other rappers have more talent, but just cause they do, that doesn't make me like them better than him. I respect everyones opinion here, and I responded back saying what I had to say cause its a debate thread..

Top 80? You've got to be joking?

Yeah my favourite rapper is Wayne, who I think is the best is Eminem. Though Wayne for me is next in line on my list. Sure I get what you guys mean when you say "Favourite rappers and best rappers are different" yeah they are, but BARELY by much. You're telling me that Wayne is your favourite rapper and he isn't high on your list? That's bullshit, you're all just in denial.

You wouldn't listen to Wayne as much as you do if you didn't think he was sick, you wouldn't be on this site if he wasn't at LEAST in your top 15. Yeah you can list 30 rappers you know of, but you know damn well thats just lies, you've probably heard minimal music from the last 20 of those rappers and just listing them in your top 30 to prove to everyone else that "Wayne isn't in your top 50" point.

No hate, just expressing what I can see from reading this thread.
