    No he isnt. Not early Eminem. Em's incredible use of multi's, his alliteration, his internal rhymes.. Marry that to insane wordplay and vicious and funny rhymes.. Eminem is incredible. Tech is good, but he isnt on Ems level.
    tech n9ne has all those things, besides maybe not as much funny rhymes
