Kayne, Eminem, Jay-Z, Tech N9ne, Rihanna or another singer, etc. etc. Just alot of great rappers.

I really hope it will be like C3 like the style of it. C3 was only new style and kind of music that change a lot. So hopefully C4 will be just as good. I don't think he really did it in a month. Most likely Scoob was just hyping it up as usual, especially since it isn't coming out anytime soon. I just hope that Wayne will live up to all of our expectations.

I want mean features on the album. Im 99,9998% sure that Drake and T-Pain gonna be on the album. But rappers like Eminem, Tech etc should be on the album. Also im hoping to see
Lil' Wayne Feat Eminem (Prod. By Dre Dre)
And i also think that Wayne should do like Cudi, hopp on a track produced by David Guetta, yea i know what ur thinking but listen wouldn't that be the smartest way in getting a mainstream song like lollipop? Everyone knows that David Guetta's a god when it comes to that..
