These systems bring activity, they maintain and increase forum activity which is ultimately the fundamental reason they're here. They give users a sense of something to work towards. Whether that's posting more, contributing to the forum more or just being active. It gives users something to work towards, achieve and something to keep activity going and that's why it's good. IMO anyway.

Dan, mate.. No one posts with getting more rep in mind. All those positive sentiments are included in the more successful thanks system. Tell me is it reallt logical to hold two benefit for wise posting systems. Make a poll to decide which system LWHQ wants to keep and remove the other.

You do realize that negative rep is pretty invalid and pointless now that only the vets can give out negative rep right? They give it everyone they don't like or just randomly

I'm glad tha_chronic isn't a mod anymore. He always caught feelings and instantly just threw a warning/ban @ members if they were acting too smart for him - even if they weren't insulting him in any way.
