    There was no gun charge. He was charged for being a fugitive from Louisiana. They have up to 60 days to come get him. If Louisiana dont come get him within 60 days, then Cali can release him.

      There was no gun charge. He was charged for being a fugitive from Louisiana. They have up to 60 days to come get him. If Louisiana dont come get him within 60 days, then Cali can release him.
