    If you are stop. It's the 1 of the three biggest body building mistakes. All you are doing is multiplying your fat cells which are "PERMANENT", which means as you get older it will become easier to put on fat.
    Your best bet is too take the long road and build lean muscle (don't take weight gainers) take a simple recovery protein and consume high calories and carbohydrates throughout the day.
    Train with a high intensity, and do no more than 10 reps per excersize (besides warm up set) and remember it's technique over weight!

    TRAIN HARD FELLAS.

      Yeah most whey proteins are fine, it's only weight gainers that are bad

            Has someone tried to do as many push-ups or sit-ups you can in 30 seconds? I did 49 Push-ups and 35 sit-ups. How many pull ups you guys can do?

                im about to get surgery on my chest area (tumor) and i wont be lifting for a couple months. does anybody know a good cardio routine? im tryin to maintain my weight which is 185.
