They had alot of characters from GTA IV on this game so seeing him would be dope.

imagine if they put out like a GTA 5 part 2 (like they did with GTA 4) and have characters like CJ and Tony and Niko all on one game where they all decide to join together to fix their past and we play the three of them..

But yeah. The recent patch the put into the game? 1.04? That has all of the DLC content coded inside of the game itself. So people are pulling it out and showing what weapons, characters, etc will be in the future (story mode) of DLC

Not sure. I should correct myself, the screen i posted is NOT an official one. A person modded a skin for Niko in GTA V. But there are codes encrypted into the latest patch that confirms him, Roman, and a few select others are in the future DLC.
