I hate how all of you make it seem like Putin and Russia is so evil. All they want is their naval base in crimea and the oil pipelines that they need, they don't want to take over Ukraine or make it communist or anything.
This is one of the reasons why I fucking hate our government, we say its illegimate for a country to enter another country without logical reasoning, yet we do it all the fucking time
They're only trying to protect their own interest like any other country would including the US.

If we had pipelines running through Mexico, and the Mexican government gets overthrown , of course we'll go immediately to defend our interests.

Nah its not over yet, but agree it seems like no ww3 is happenin, but Crimea is officialy now a part of russia but Ukraine still doesnt agree with it.

Now its mostly an economy war, EU is giving Russia sanctions, and otherwise too. It can end very bad for Europe in terms of economy.

It's not officially part of Russia imo. They had a voting but it's not legal.

True, Russia supplies over 1/3 of all gas and oil to Europe so EU is pretty dependent of Russia

True, it maybe wont be officially a part of Russia until Ukraine agrees with it, and that might never happen, but Russia will still control it.
