Now its mostly an economy war, EU is giving Russia sanctions, and otherwise too. It can end very bad for Europe in terms of economy.

Wars have always been about economy and geting some MULA from countries, but now these days a war is more of a loss than a gain of profits then they gotta go to economic wars and shoot down each other's markets and economies...

International Law is a joke, it's always been. It should be renamed to Politics Law. Because that's all it is. It stopped being International long time ago.

It's US and EU policy against everyone. And that's "international" for them...

I'm from Canada and the majority of people here hated the war in Iraq and hated the US for bringing us into Afghanistan. I don't see anything wrong with what America has done in Syria, they have issued sanctions and help remove chemical weapons from the region without using firepower.

Now we have a similar situation in Canada with Quebec. The majority of Quebec is French speaking, while the other parts of Canada are majority English speaking. They always want to secede from Canada and claim their own nation because of the divide. If they held a referendum just within the province and not across the nation, they would always have a majority vote. But because of international law and the Constitution of Canada, there has to be a nation wide referendum for that to happen. Referendums have happened in Canada before and Quebec loses the secession vote.

Now if France came into Canada and straight up invaded Quebec and claimed it as its own, there would be a huge fucking problem. Canada, along with the US and the allies we have, would kick the shit out of anyone who invades our land, even if the land had people in it that no longer wanted to be part of our country.

You don't go to another country's land and claim it as your own, plain and simple. It's no politics at all. That's just morale law.

1. I guess then, the fact that over thousands Syrians came to look for asylum in Serbia, has nothing to do with US.. They just love it here They don't help anywhere. They wanted to help Kosovo stop the war in 1999, so they dropped 10 tonnes of depleted uranium on civilians.. Nice job helping.

2. And that's what I'm saying about Kosovo independence, it was against international law since there was no referendum. Not in Serbia, not in Kosovo, they JUST declared it. That's against law.
And right now in Crimea, there should be referendum as well.. Let Crimea and Ukraine vote, and I guarantee Crimea will get independence and then join Russia. You know that most people in Crimea are russians or pro russian orientated. It's really russian area.

Now that I look into it, I kind of agree with you on the Kosovo part, but it doesn't create grounds for invasion now. Putting a referendum up is the only way. But trust me, I live like 150km from Kosovo border, I know first hand whats going on..

I don't know if you know this, but from 1991 to 2006, my country was called "Serbia and Montenegro".. In 2006. Montenegro asked for independence and Serbia government agreed, there was a referendum and it was 55% for independence. And there were no problems with that. I know some of my Montenegro friends were sad because that happened. But there were no conflicts, it was completely legal and according to international law.
Then Kosovo said that in some of the next years, they are going to do the same thing. EU then took the chance and didn't do what Montenegro did, but forced independence.. That's why we are against it, and so many other countries.
