    100 kilo bench press 150 reps
    10 km swim
    20 km bike ride
    5 km run
    then 1000 burpees
    10,000 rows
    all of that daily

        Run for 30 minutes non stop 3 days/week.
        Run for about 5 minutes on 3 other days of the week.
        Play basketball (includes running back and forth on the court + shooting + try and improve my jump in order to dunk (I'm almost there)) 5 days/week.

        Every day mentioned ^, I do:
        2x 25 calf raises.
        2x 25 regular push ups.
        1x 10 clap push ups.
        3x 30 lower abdominal crunches
        3x 30 seconds of static abdominal crunches
        2x 7 body lifts
        "I am the one, but you don't know it yet"

          i go to the gym monday and friday

          i have to much in school so these days are the only ones i have time to gym on but when the school starts to slow down im going to gym everyday

          plus im skating started about 2 weeks ago trying to skate as much as i can about and halv hour or more on the nights im.

          they reason that im going to gym and skate so much is that im chubby and i wanna lose weight....plus im going to eat more healty not so much candy and shit

                Run or jog a mile and a half in the mornin. And run 3 miles at night!!
                Weekends I go to fitness class at a gym. Have us doin all kinds of shit
