you cant compare weezy and em, they are so different, and im pretty sure em is gonna retire soon, shady XV and then one last solo album, and after then maybe some features, like dr.dre does + he has always said that he can't see himself rappin when he is 50 years old, and he wants to focus on building shady 2.0 and producing, so maybe few more years and then em is done
