Just wondering.... is it possible for the feds to check out the download section for illegal links or would they actually have to sign up and get 100 posts?

Yeah it's a portal that can be installed easily. But I don't think sidebars work well with forums.

I would but mixtapes with wayne are very sudden, he does them in a matter of a week or two and we get very little news..seems a bit pointless if I'm honest.

You can't do that in the thread everyone is using to converse about the mixtape? Or why can't someone just make a new thread to discuss favorite songs, reviews, etc in? Is an official thread really that important to you?
