No, on the profiles, under those groups, there's another box that says permission groups. I googled vbulletin permission groups and came up with a forum of people talking about setting them up and it looked like different groups were the different color usernames like vets, mods, etc. but no ones profile says they're in one.

It's cool haha, I have them turned off. All it is basically is that I can set up usergroups (similar to "Weezy Veteran", "Registered User", and "Moderator" etc) and members can request to join it. It's a pretty pointless feature imo.

How come I needed to manually turn off DST? Auto-detect should work.
It was an hour fast before I fixed it.

Did you have "Automatically detect DST settings" on under the "Date & Time Options" in General Settings

Oh I see. I had to turn it to off then auto.
