40 minutes into Natural Born Killers and I shut that shit off. The worst I've seen in a very long time. I will probably have to finish it some day, but damn what a mess...

Ozu's the master, it's not even funny.

Watched Tokyo Story about 6-7 months ago, bought and seen about 11 Ozu films since.


Later Spring and I Was Born But... are his best imo.

Ozu's amazing. His pace is kinda slow, but his directing skills are amazing. I've heard Good Morning is kind of a remake of I Was Born, But... Should I check that out or just watch I Was Born, But...?

I'd watch I Was Born, But... first. Definitely check out Good Morning, because it is still a great film.


You definitely need to check out some of the films of Jacques Tati. He's quickly becoming my favourite.

didnt get that far... when the lil kid came out the box i turned it off..

i was texting during the movie.. so i probably missed a few good parts
