Just watched 1408. Haven't seen it since it come out when I saw it at the cinema, but I'm pretty sure the ending I just saw was alternate to the one I saw at the cinema... The one i saw

SPOILERhad his personal stuff given to his wife or x at the end and she played the tape recorder and heard their daughters voice. But this one I just watched was Samuel giving the stuff to her and she wouldn't take it so he listened to it in the car and heard the voice bla bla bla.

Think I prefer the original ending I saw at the movies. Still a cool film.

Finally done with my 2nd last exam.
Tonight it's time for Alien on blu-ray (already tested it. It's one good looking blu-ray, I'll def recommend it 4.5/5 on the picture, 5/5 on the sound)

People can cry about all their fav directors and actors dying etc. but Stan Winston was one of the saddest losses in movie history.

R.I.P. to the actual creator of movies like Alien-series, Predator-series, Terminator-series, Jurassic Park and Avatar which all contained mindblowing revolutionary special effects. He brought those movies to life and was one of the reasons they are what they are today and I have so much respect for his work.

RIP Stan Winston 1946-2008

Watching Aliens on blu-ray. A fucking masterpiece. Alien was a classic but this is def my fav of the 4.
