They never really explain that no. Although they try to throughout the movie.
I had also hoped for a bit more backstory on the characters before things got wild, but the epedemic started happening less than 10 minutes into the movie.
I never really had the urge to watch WW Z..People just hopped onto it because of zombies and Brad Pitt..
Trailer was too pumped up and nothing like zombie apocalypse..
I will watch it, but I expect low entertainment.
The Kid (1921) - Great Chaplin movie. Not better than Modern Times though.
Psycho - Another amazing Hitchcock movie! I really enjoyed it, classic Hitchcock but also very unique for its time. You can also clearly see how many movies it has inspired after it.
9/10 so far, but it may be a 10 after more viewings.
