1, gta never lets you customize your own character, hopefully though we can customize their appearance, hair, weight, loads of clothes options

3 unfortunately that wont happen until next gen, unless it is a small map and has one hell of a loading time, and they said its the biggest map yet, but hopefully their is a good ratio of buildings you can enter.

The dildos were active in San Andreas though. You can give it to your girlfriend as a gift. And you can whack people with it.
Too bad the Hot Coffee mod doesn't use it though...
