Looks colorful! thats the problem I had with gta iv, the game seemed grey and dull! and so was the cover art.

V is looking more colorful and vibrant! both cover art and the game itself.

Well New York has never been portrayed as a colorful city, except during nighttime Rockstar actually did good on that one. They really captured the NYC feel.
