Jrock you obviously aren't learning very much, I've said it once and I'll say it again, Malware is computer viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, false adware, crimeware, rootkits and other unwanted software.

Go actually learn something about computers before trying to give advice, if you don't know what malware is then I highly doubt you have much knowledge on what's best to resolve computer issues.

How is what you put right?? Spyware is a form of Malware. You are trying to claim they are two different things when Spyware is malicious therefore is Malware. Do I really need to spell it out anymore that you are wrong.

Pick the Boot to Utility Partition and try to just reinstall your system32. If you have to reinstall everything then you will lose saved data. If that's the case just back everything up first and then do the reinstall

Oh God lol, it could in all honesty be anything. Dell is a bitch for shit like this. In all honesty my suggestion would be buy yourself a usb mouse and keyboard. If that's what you're using and all your drivers are up-to-date run a malwarebytes scan, it might be a HKEY problem and malwarebytes should find it out. If that fails then I would suggest pressing F8 as you see the Dell loading screen. Then just see what it does when you hit F8 Or try the F8 thing first lol.
