Considering the fact that GTA IV trailers looked beautiful as fuck, but the console version wasn't anywhere near that... This might just be the same for V.
There might actually be a possibility that after they put out the current gen version, they might put out a next-gen and PC version for that maximum quality shit. It's a long shot, but it's worth hoping :hmmm"

I will probably only buy 1 for my ps3, but if it goes next-gen I will buy it again sorry I should've been more accurate cause my ps3 is already on the fitz... I dont use torrents, especially not for console games lol
