there are film school classes here where you study just Coppola, and Scorsese

          • This Means War was pretty decent.

              • This decade's Sight & Sound magazines top 10; it's a list made by thousands of critics - where they make a top 10, and the most mentions get the highers spots etc. Sight & Sound - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia; most trustworthy list(s) ever made, to be honest.

                2012 list (1-10)

                “Vertigo” (Hitchcock, 1958 )

                “Citizen Kane” (Welles, 1941)

                “Tokyo Story” (Yasujiro Ozu, 1953)

“La Rgle du jeu” (Jean Renoir, 1939)

“Sunrise: a Song for Two Humans” (F.W. Murnau, 1927)

                “2001: A Space Odyssey” (Stanley Kubrick, 1968 )

                “The Searchers” (John Ford, 1956)

“Man with a Movie Camera” (Vertov, 1929)

“The Passion of Joan of Arc” (Dreyer, 1927)

                “8 ” (Federico Fellini, 1963)

Definitely agree with the list, but Vertigo should not have overtaken Citizen Kane.

As of recent years: Christopher Nolan
Ever: Stanley Kubrick - but that's a cop-out, so I'll say Frank Carpa

I usually agree with most of the stuff ū say.

But the choreography in this movie was horrible. And the storyline was cliche as fuck.
