Doubt it GTA SA was set in 1992 and GTA V is set in current time i think.
So CJ will be a little old lol but Claude from GTA III made an appearance in SA so who knows!

Nah CJ won't be back... This is a whole new era now, characters from III, Vice City and San Andreas don't exist in IV and V...
Speaking of IV, who do you think is coming back? I'd love to see Packie, maybe Little Jacob.

With Rockstar, every GTA is already a classic. So who knows, they might throw in Niko, Johnny and Luis from IV. Much faster than making new HD versions of the old guys.
